How to Apply for a Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship
Applications for University of Missouri - Columbia Cardiovascular Medicine Fellowship positions beginning in 2009, will be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).
Application Deadline - The deadline for ERAS applications is January 15 2008. Selected candidates will be invited to interview in February and March.
Visa Status - The University of Missouri - Columbia is able to support persons with H1B or J1 visa status.
All applicants must also register with the National Resident Matching Program www.nrmp.org
A complete ERAS application includes:
- Current curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Three current letters of recommendation - including one from your Program Director
- Copy of ECFMG certificate
- USMLE transcripts
Optional information:
- Medical School transcripts
- Dean's letter
- recent photograph
- copies of published articles or manuscripts (if applicable)
