The Cosmopolitan International Diabetes Center is located at the University of Missouri Health Sciences Center in Columbia, Mo., which is located on Interstate 70 halfway between St. Louis and Kansas City. The center is located on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus, north of the Hearnes Center and football stadium. The hospital is easily accessible from Interstate 70 and Highway 63 via Stadium Boulevard to Hospital Drive.

The parking garage for patients and visitors is located at the east end of the hospital complex. The diabetes center is just steps inside the hospital concourse on the ground floor green level.
